Thank you for visiting and shopping at SkinfulBeauty.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders received before 12pm EST during business days are processed the same day.
Estimated Shipping Delivery
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4-6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery.
- UPS Second Day: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
- USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
- USPS First Class Mail: 3-10 business days
- Free Shipping (USPS First Class Mail): 3-10 business days
All orders shipping via UPS must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes).
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Charges
Shipping rate is dependent on the weight of your order. Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice.
To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:
1. Proceed to checkout.
2. Select or add your shipping address.
3. Select a shipping method. The total shipping & handling cost for your order will be listed under Shipping Method.
Your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Skinful Beauty.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Skinful Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Skinful Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
